Meet Jason: A Veteran Massage Therapist and Educator
With a career in Massage Therapy that began in 1999, Jason brings decades of experience and expertise to his practice. After graduating from Seattle Massage School in 2000, he gained invaluable experience working alongside Naturopaths, Chiropractors, and Midwives at a home birthing center. He also spent several years focusing on spinal injuries in a chiropractic setting. For the past 17 years, Jason has shared his knowledge as a Massage Therapy instructor at four accredited schools, including Clover Park Technical College, where he taught Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and more.
Jason’s massage sessions are tailored to address pain, tension, and dysfunction through a combination of deep tissue work, relaxation techniques, and targeted stretches. His range of modalities includes Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Gua Sha, Cupping, Active Release Technique, and Sports Massage. Whether using light, gentle touch or deep, focused strokes, Jason’s approach is always client-centered and results-driven. He is currently completing training in intraoral massage to offer specialized TMJ care soon.
Passionate about working with diverse and complex clients, Jason has found immense fulfillment in helping amputees, cancer survivors, and individuals with orthopedic joint replacements regain comfort and mobility. Additionally, he has developed a niche within the wellness competitor community, providing specialized care to those in training or preparing for competitions.
Outside of his professional life, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his son, celebrating his achievements, and planning new adventures together.
