How long does it take to replace a windshield?
Most replacements take 30 minutes to two hours, plus drive-away time and ADAS calibration when needed.
A typical windshield replacement takes 30 minutes to two hours: remove the old glass, prep the pinch weld, set the new panel, and tool the urethane.
Drive-away time with our 1-hour DOW urethane process is usually about an hour. Vehicles with ADAS add 30–60 minutes for calibration.
